HUD
Owned Homes
A HUD home is a 1 to 4 unit residential property acquired by HUD
as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-insured mortgage. HUD
becomes the property owner and offers it for sale to recover the
loss on the foreclosure claim.
HUD acquires properties from other mortgage lenders and
institutions and then makes them available for home buyers to
purchase. The list changes each week. If you would like
the most current list of HUD Owned homes, please fill out the online
form below. This FREE service will save you a lot of research
and running around. A valid e-mail address is required to receive
this list. If a valid e-mail address is not provided you will not
receive any information. We do not mail out lists via regular mail.
We do NOT share, sell, or make available in anyway to any third
party your personal contact information without your approval.
Completing this form does NOT constitute such an approval.
However, HUD has certain specific requirements and parameters that
must be met in order to be able to make an offer/bid on a HUD Owned
home. Therefore, it is important that we are able to contact
you via phone and discuss your needs in detail; HUD Owned homes may
not be for you.
